About your role

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

Drive Sales Growth & Strengthen Partner Relationships

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within the regions, contributing to the overall revenue growth.

  • Build and nurture strong strategic partnerships with new & existing partners.

  • Enhance partner engagement by offering timely support, addressing challenges, and uncovering new growth opportunities together.

Effective Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting by consistently managing the sales pipeline and providing timely updates.

  • Track sales progress and adjust strategies to meet both short-term and long-term sales objectives.

Collaboration & Team Alignment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive partner experience.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and feedback to improve team processes and performance.

Improve Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated and provide valuable market insights by tracking industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, as well as industry best practices, product innovations, and sales techniques.

  • Gather insights from partners and customers to nurture your growth mindset and contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Increase Brand Awareness and Representation

  • Represent Fairphone at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand awareness and establish a strong presence in the market.

  • Communicate Fairphone’s story and values with enthusiasm to attract potential partners and consumers.

Core Activities

  • Territory strategy and GTM plan - Develop and implement region/partner-specific Go-To-Market plans in alignment with Fairphone’s mission and values. Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Review and Pipeline management - Updating the sales numbers received from partners and reviewing the stock levels and sales pipeline and prioritizing key tasks and opportunities. Ensure accurate forecasting and update the sales funnel on a rolling 3 months basis

  • Engage with Existing Partners - Communicate with current partners to maintain strong relationships. Discuss and negotiate and implement, together with the Channel marketeer, campaigns and other activities aligned with the GTM plan driving overall growth of the partner.  

  • Campaign/activity management - With Channel marketing and partners co-develop campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. Build business cases and prepare proposals for partners.

  • Quarterly Business Review meetings - Prepare and build presentations reviewing past periods against objectives and concrete plans for the next period. Monitoring progress and agree on adjustments to achieve joint targets.

  • Housekeeping and reporting - Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, logging communications, deals, and progress and prepare weekly sales reports for the team and leadership.

  • Manage Partner Contracts and Agreements - Review and manage partner contracts, ensuring terms are in line with Fairphone’s standards. Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners.

  • Prospect New Partners - Keep up to date with territory and reseller landscape and prospect for new potential partnerships. Qualify new business leads and assess potential for collaboration. 

  • Sales and Market Analysis - Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery. Attend internal meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.

  • Attend Partner and Industry Events - Plan and prepare for upcoming partner meetings, industry conferences, and events. Represent Fairphone at events, networking and building new business relationships.

  • Customer Feedback & Insights - Gather and analyze feedback from partners to inform product development and sales strategies. Share relevant insights with the team to enhance the partner experience and product offering.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience in partner/account management, preferably in the B2C segment of your territory

  • Passion for sales and understanding of the smartphones or consumer electronics industry

  • Experience in building and executing strategic growth plans

  • Strong planning skills and ability to drive sales initiatives

  • Experience building strategic partnerships with new and existing accounts

  • Cross-functional team collaboration experience

  • Familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets for business communication and case development

  • Experience selling to direct partners and via distributors

  • Hands-on, organized, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, German and English.

About your role

We are seeking a data-driven CRO Specialist to join our eCommerce team and play a crucial role in optimising our Direct Sales channel: the Fairphone Website.

Your primary focus will be on increasing conversion rates for our four main products. Secondarily, we want you to focus on boosting AOV, and CLV and enhancing self-service capabilities for our customers. 

You will leverage your analytical skills and experimentation expertise to identify opportunities, drive data-driven decisions within the team, and collaborate closely with Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and Product teams to implement impactful solutions. You will be responsible for driving the Experimentation Roadmap.

Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor, a relentless curiosity about user behaviour, and a proactive, experimental mindset, all while driving quantifiable improvements in our core business metrics.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Drive data-driven decisions within the eCommerce team. 
  • Serve as the primary contact, expert and mentor for data-related inquiries.
  • Analyze website data to identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Utilize analytics platforms (GA4) and CRM tools (Bloomreach), interpret key metrics, and extract insights to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests. 
  • Formulate hypotheses, set up, monitor, evaluate, and report on the experiments conducted.
  • Own and prioritize the AB testing Roadmap and own tooling.
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize experimentation initiatives and own the A/B testing tooling.
  • Foster strong partnerships with the Development team, UX/UI team, SEO and performance marketeers and a variety of other business stakeholders. Ensuring alignment and effective execution of experiments.

  • Increase Conversion Rate: Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve the percentage of website visitors who complete a purchase.

  • Increase Cross-sell / Average Order Value (AOV): Develop and execute strategies to encourage customers to purchase more items or higher-value products during their journey.

  • Increase Customer Livetime value: Drive strategies to foster long-term customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and maximize the overall value.

  • Increase Self-Service for Current Customers: Optimize user journeys to empower customers to find solutions themselves reducing tickets for customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven CRO Expertise (2-6 years): Demonstrated experience in the full experimentation lifecycle, with a track record of increasing conversion rates.

  • Advanced Web Analytics (GA4): proficiency in GA4 for in-depth data analysis, segment creation, and translating data into actionable insights. Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.

  • UX & Design Thinking Application: Solid understanding of UX principles and practical experience applying Design Thinking methodologies.

  • Experimentation Roadmap Ownership: Ability to define, maintain, and strategically prioritize an experimentation roadmap based on data and business objectives for maximum impact.

  • Master A/B Testing Tooling: knowledge and practical experience with several A/B testing platforms (VWO, Bloomreach).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales teams.

  • English Proficiency: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

About your role

As our Odoo Web Lead Developer, you will contribute to the implementation of our webshop and website. As the Web Technical lead, you will support and maintain our Odoo e-commerce platform, support and guide the developers, but also contribute to further developments. You have the experience and skills to support Fairphone in the next growth phase, to support the company on its journey to a world-class Smartphone Manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Technical responsibility of the Odoo web platform.
  • Guide and support the web developers (3-4 people)
  • Analyze, diagnose and resolve errors related to our Odoo webshop and website. Troubleshoot code and process-level problems efficiently.
  • Design, code and test new stories, with a focus on the backend rather than the frontend. Executing all the implementation stages of a story, from concept to final hand-off.
  • Being proactive in implementing the best web experience to deliver more conversion-boosting features for our Direct Sales channel.

Your Skills & Experience

Must-have

  • You have a relevant degree (e.g. MBO, HBO, or Bachelor) in IT or possess similar levels of experience, thinking, and working.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have a deep understanding of Odoo webshop and its whole ecosystem (Odoo).
  • You have experience with DevOps and Odoo server management.
  • You have experience with Python and JavaScript programming. 
  • You have experience in website optimization and SEO management.
  • You have experience with external API integration.
  • You are familiar with code versioning (Git).
  • You are accurate in your work, capable of working independently.
  • You are proficient in spoken and written English. Most of us are not native English speakers, but that’s the primary language we use internally, as well as with our teams and partners worldwide.

  • Experience with Alumio is a plus.

About your role

The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in delivering Fairphone’s strategic procurement objectives. In addition to managing key procurement categories, the role is instrumental in supporting a healthy P&L by ensuring cost-effective sourcing and delivering the right value for money across current goods and services. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for gathering and analyzing robust market intelligence on suppliers, with a particular focus on the phone and audio industry, to inform negotiation strategies and sourcing decisions.

  • Category owner for Audio products within existing markets, spare parts, accessories 

  • Responsible for scouting and sourcing of Audio products in existing markets,

  • spare parts and accessories

  • Responsible for value engineering activities for phones, audios and accessories existing in the market.

  • Support in Annual negotiation preparation which includes benchmarking, market research and intelligence.

Your skills:

Your Skills & Experience

Your experience:
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience within Procurement in consumer goods, FMCG, pharmaceutical etc

  • You have proven experience in sourcing within New Product Introductions (NPI)

  • You have proven experience in understanding costed BOM.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful negotiation with suppliers

  • Demonstrated ability to lead value engineering initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to reduce costs while maintaining or enhancing functionality.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus!

  • You have experience in working with dashboards like Power BI, Google looker studio etc is a plus.
