The photo contest starts Thursday 8th of August at 4 P.M CEST and ends on August 26th at 00.01 A.M CEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
We will internally vote for the winning picture. The winner of the photo contest competition will win a 50€ voucher or £50 voucher to spend on our webshop for any accessories and / or spare parts.

Promotion Description
The giveaway of the mystery prize begins on August 16, 2023, at noon and ends on August 30, 2023, at 11.30 a.m. CEST (“Promotion Period”). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. We will randomly select the winner from the entrants who participate. All participants should meet the requirement of subscribing to our mailing list through the website.

Who can participate
The competition is open to residents of the European Union* aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Fairphone and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition. Participants can enter only once. Fairphone reserves the right to request written proof of residency and of the age of the winner before prize collection.

How to enter

• On the first day of the Promotion Period, Fairphone will publish a post on its Instagram Account announcing the giveaway, followed up by posts and stories as a reminder
• Each entrant should subscribe to our newsletter via the link in our Instagram bio. It is possible to unsubscribe and change preferences at any time. However, to be eligible for the prize, the entrant needs to remain subscribed until at least 23:59 on August 30, 2023.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Winner selection and notification

• We will randomly select the winner from the entrants who have subscribed.
• The winner will be announced on the 30th of August
• The prize winner will receive a private message via email.

Prize
Eligible participants will stand a chance to win Fairphone product(s) with an estimated value of €700.00.

General prize conditions
No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed.

If a potential prize winner does not respond within seven days of the first notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential prize winner will forfeit their potential prize and an alternate prize winner may be selected.
