1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will be used.

 

Product means all products available on our webshop.

 

Terms means these Terms and Conditions, including updates, alterations and possible appendices, published on the Fairphone website.

 

We (“our”, “us”, “Fairphone”) means Fairphone B.V., a Dutch limited liability company located at van Diemenstraat 200, 1013 CP Amsterdam in the Netherlands, registered with the Trade Registry number 55901964, VAT number 8519.04.270.B.01

 

Webshop means our online shop section where you can acquire information about our Products and purchase them: www.shop.fairphone.com.

 

Website means our website: www.fairphone.com

 

You (“your”) means the individual, who is above the age of 18, resides within the Netherlands, and satisfies the required conditions in these Terms.

2.1 The Promo shall apply automatically and in full when signing up for a Fairphone Easy subscription. 

2.2 By signing up for a Fairphone Easy subscription: a. You accept and agree that You are bound by these Terms and Conditions; and b. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the Fairphone Privacy and Cookie Policy and the terms of Fairphone Easy.

2.3 This Promo is only valid if You are a resident in the Netherlands. 

3.1 The Promo will be valid from 9th January 2023 until 31st March 2023, 23:59. 

 

4.1 The Promo will be automatically deducted from the subscription period. 

4.2 The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated on Our website. 

4.3 The Promo is not valid in combination with other discounts codes. 

4.4 The Promo may not be duplicated, sold, or transferred in any manner. 

4.5  In the event of a refund, refunds will only be given for the amounts directly paid by You. The Promo cannot be exchanged for its monetary value. For instance, in the event of a return for refund in the first 14 days, the deposit will be the only fee refunded. 

4.6 When subscribing to Fairphone Easy, the general Terms and Conditions of Fairphone Easy apply.

4.7 Upon the end of the  three (3) months free Subscription period, You will automatically become  a recurring subscriber to the Fairphone Easy Subscription that you chose to sign up to under the Promo. The payment method you provided will be automatically charged in line with the general Terms and Conditions of Fairphone Easy. 

5.1 Fairphone B.V. reserves the right to withdraw the Promo prematurely or to change the conditions of participation. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in case the proper execution of the Promo cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. 

5.2 Any changes made to the Promo will be notified to the participants as soon as possible by Fairphone. 

5.3 The Promo and these Terms are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

5.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
