This Privacy Policy describes how we, Fairphone B.V handles the data you provide us. In addition, it also describes the choices you have in protecting your privacy and how you can access or update your information. By using our website you agree to our policy and you consent to our use of cookies.
This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.fairphone.com owned (including Fairphone webshop, forum, blogs and Fairphone support platform) and operated by Fairphone B.V.

Non-personal data

Fairphone collects your personal data only insofar as is necessary, appropriate or really useful to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with Fairphone. These personal data includes:

If you apply for a position at Fairphone, we will collect information about your educational and professional background such as those provided in your CV, any reference letter about you or if relevant, in your LinkedIn page. The information will be solely used for the purpose of pre-selection and selection of applicants.

Our websites offers a publicly accessible blog and forum for community discussion. Please be aware that when you submit a post or comment to the our blogs or forum discussions page, visitors to and users of these pages will be able to see the content of your post and comment, the username associated with your post or comment, and the date and time you originally placed the post or comment.
